At Fete & Flour, we take great pride in crafting handmade baked goods using quality ingredients and lots of love. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure every experience is a sweet one.

🍰 Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, cancellations are not possible.
❗ Incorrect or Faulty Orders
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., you received the wrong item or something is missing), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery or pick-up.
We may request a photo of the item(s) for our records. If the error is on our end, we will offer either:

A replacement (where possible), or

A refund or store credit.
🧁 Allergies & Dietary Needs
All our products are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, and eggs. While we do our best to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens. Refunds will not be issued in cases of allergic reactions unless we have made an error in meeting a clearly stated dietary request.
📅 Custom Orders & Cancellations
Custom cake and event orders (over $200) require a minimum 7 days' notice for cancellations to be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the delivery/pick-up date are non-refundable due to the planning and preparation involved.
