Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Fete & Flour, all products are made to order and are perishable in nature.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

Order changes or cancellations may be requested up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup date. Requests made within 72 hours of pickup may not be possible as preparation may already be underway.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact Fete & Flour within 24 hours of collection and provide details and photographs where applicable. We will review the matter and work with you to reach a fair resolution.
