  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders if left unattended.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are not available once your order has been baked or delivered unless there is a clear issue with the product (e.g., incorrect order, damaged item).

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for resolution.

  • We take care in preparing our products, but we cannot guarantee that items are completely free from allergens such as nuts, gluten, or dairy.
